On October 7, 2018, at 12:50 am, an unknown black male was captured on surveillance video approaching a residence on the 21xx block of Race Street and taking a package from the front steps. After taking the package the suspect fled the area in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Black male, 40 years-of-age, 5'6"-5'8", balding with a beard.
